You can cancel or modify any part of your program at any time. We will send you an email with details and a link to manage your NexSupply program.

Can I cancel and/or modify my ReStocker subscription(s)?


There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day. Click on the My NexSupply link in any NexSupply Auto Delivery email and update your preferences in the 'My NexSupply' section. Also, if you have a NexSupply .com account, you can login to NexSupply.com and go to the My NexSupply link to cancel your order. On the My Subscriptions tab, click 'Edit" and 'Cancel Subscription." Please allow up to 24 business hours for cancellation of orders or other changes to be made.

Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?


Yes, and you will also get 5% off on any item(s) added to your upcoming order! To do so, you must be a current NexSupply subscriber and be logged into your account. Login and visit the ‘My NexSupply’ section. On the My Next Order tab, select the blue ‘ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER’ button and then from the pop-up, the ‘Start Shopping’ button! Alternatively, if you are logged in you can go directly to the product page of your desired item and click on the blue ‘Add Items’ button. This will give you the option to add the item one time only to your next order or to add the item to your next order and have it automatically delivered at the frequency of your choice.

Why can't I add some items to my NexSupply subscription?


Certain items are not eligible for NexSupply subscriptions. This includes discontinued items and select specialty priced items.

Will you remind me when my next NexSupply shipment is scheduled to ship?


We will send you an email 10 days prior to your next NexSupply order shipment and another when your order ships. You are always in the know when it comes to your NexSupply orders and you can modify or cancel at any time.

Can I modify my subscription quantity, frequency or shipping schedule?


To access your NexSupply Auto Delivery orders, click on any link in the NexSupply Auto Delivery emails or Login to your account at NexSupply.com. Then click on 'My NexSupply'. You can also contact Customer Service at 1-877-717-5566 to make updates. You may modify or cancel any element of your subscription including your frequency, quantity, or shipping schedule.

How do I know which products are NexSupply eligible?


You can easily identify products that are eligible for the NexSupply Auto Delivery program. As you shop our website, you will see the following: Product Pages: Items that are eligible for the NexSupply Auto Delivery program will show the NexSupply option in the product buy box:

Can I create a NexSupply subscription and make one-time purchases in the same order?


You can order items with NexSupply Auto Delivery, as well as one-time purchases, all at the same time for your convenience.

Do I get a discount if I set up a NexSupply subscription?


We offer a 5% discount on every order, even the first order, on items you order with NexSupply Auto Delivery. Other NexSupply.com coupons, discount and promotion codes will apply to non-NexSupply Auto Delivery items only and will not apply to your NexSupply Auto Delivery items.

Can I create a NexSupply subscription using Guest Checkout?


If you have created an order using our Guest Checkout option, you will only be able to manage your subscription via the 'My NexSupply' links in the emails you receive related to your NexSupply order.

What payment methods are available with NexSupply subscriptions?


When you checkout on NexSupply.com and you have a NexSupply Auto Delivery item in your order, you will be required to pay. To modify your billing or shipping details: with a credit card. If you have an Account with NexSupply, you may also use that as a valid payment. We cannot accept PayPal NexSupply Auto Delivery orders.

When will I be billed for my auto delivery subscription?


Your first shipment of each NexSupply Auto Delivery order you place will be processed when you sign up. Subsequent orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the Reorder Date listed in the My Subscriptions area. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday will be placed on the next business day. You can cancel any order up to 1 business day before the order date. We will charge your credit card for the current price of the item less the NexSupply Auto Delivery 5% discount, plus shipping and tax where applicable. In some cases a volume discount may also apply to your NexSupply price. This is on a product by product basis and may change at any time.

How do I modify my billing information?


- Update your Billing Information in My NexSupply by logging in to your account on NexSupply.com here. Billing updates are made in the My Subscriptions tab. Click on ‘Edit + for the NexSupply Item you would like to change.

- Click on CHANGE BILLING INFO button and either select Add a New Card or an existing Billing Method from the first dropdown. You can make the change for just one subscription of choose Apply to All Subscriptions box if you want the new billing information to apply to all.

How do I modify my shipping information?

- Update your Shipping Information in My NexSupply by logging in to your account on NexSupply.com here.

- If you would like to change the Shipping Address for just your next delivery, choose the Edit link in Shipping Address.

- If you would like to change the Shipping information for all subsequent orders, go to My Subscriptions and click on ‘Edit + for the NexSupply Item you would like to change. Click on the CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS button and either choose Create a New Address from the dropdown or make changes to an existing address. You can choose Apply to All- Subscriptions if you want this new info to apply to all.

Will you inform me of any issues with shipping, payment and/or stock issues?


If any problems arise with the shipping address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your subscription requesting that you resolve the problem to reactivate your subscription. Your subscription will be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.

What happens if an item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped?


In the unlikely event that a NexSupply Auto Delivery item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order each day for the next 15 days. If the item does not become available during that period, we will notify you and attempt to place the order for the next 15 days. If the order is still not in stock we will attempt to send the next shipment on the next scheduled date. A Customer Service representative may contact you during this period to determine if there is an appropriate substitute for the item.

What happens if an item is no longer available?


If a NexSupply Auto Delivery item is no longer available, we will notify you and automatically suspend your subscription for that item. No additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. To view our NexSupply Shipping Policy, click here.

How do I cancel my NexSupply ocker Auto Delivery subscription?


Your subscription and any related NexSupply Auto Delivery discount(s) will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel all NexSupply orders or individual items at any time.

To cancel your subscription:

- Update your preferences in My NexSupply by logging in to your account on NexSupply.com. On the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab, click on ‘Edit +’ and then the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button’.

- Or clicking on any link in your NexSupply Auto Delivery email updates

- Or by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-717-5566.

If you want to cancel an order from the NexSupply Auto Delivery program, you can do so up to 1 day before your shipment is scheduled. Your cancellation will then go into effect and you will no longer be charged for NexSupply Auto Delivery Products. If it is not cancelled within that time frame, the items may be returned in accordance to our return policy.

Agreement Changes & Termination


NexSupply reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the NexSupply Auto Delivery program at any time without notice. We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice.
